People Operations Lead

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive People Ops Lead to join our People team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Senior People Ops Manager, you will be a key member to provide HR support to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the People Ops function for our Hong Kong office
• Liaison with payroll, immigration service providers and other vendors
• HR Projects Management
• Support the on-boarding, offboarding, life cycle/events processes, contractors management, payroll processing, benefits administration, MPF, work visa applications, new hire orientation and other HR administrative processes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HR analytics and reporting
• First point of contact for managers and employees for all HR related questions on HR programs, policies and other HR related matters
• Support and participate in employee engagement activities
• Ensure high level of data accuracy and quality maintained in the HRIS system
  

Role Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience within the HR function
• Prior experience in leading a team is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese
