People Operations Lead

Your role:

To help Mantle grow into a global 3D printing company, we’re looking for an experienced People Operations Professional / HR Generalist to manage our People programs to continue to build an inclusive and engaged environment where everyone can contribute fully.  You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with department heads and all team members.

Your work will include:

• Improving and managing human resources programs for a world-class start-up, including employment programs, performance management, onboarding, etc.
• Leading all recruiting efforts including job postings, sourcing, candidate vetting and offer management
• Assisting company executives in a People strategy as Mantle dramatically increases headcount over a short time frame
• Executing on standard HR administrative tasks, including drafting and maintaining benefits and policies
• Being a key voice of the employees, helping build an inclusive culture and productive environment

Some qualifications that will help you do well at the work:

• Bachelor’s degree, with HR certification preferred
• Experience as in a venture-backed start-up
• Program management capabilities
• Recruitment experience
