People Operations Leader

We're looking for a talented People Ops leader who wants to bring their executive leadership and team-building experience to our clients.

Your projects will include:

• Modern people practices and systems thinking that blend results with empathy.
• Working yourself out of a role by helping growing companies build process, automations and systems with technology.
• Mentoring up and coming HR generalists or people teams.
• Talent development or strategic project work.

We're looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of people leadership experience with at least 3+ years in a growth environment.
• Tech intuition. You'll need to be able to speak to how you've utilized technology and how you keep up with tech trends.
• Flexibility. This is consulting. Things change all the time!
• A passion for startups and business. The best people leaders incorporate context.
