The Role:
As the People Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role building company culture and providing exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in designing and implementing innovative compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top industry talent.
- Empower our employees to thrive through comprehensive performance management strategies, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Harness the power of data with state-of-the-art HR information systems, using insights to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Be the driving force behind a dynamic and inclusive company culture, organizing exciting events and initiatives that keep our team inspired and engaged.
- Elevate the employee experience through personalized initiatives that prioritize well-being, professional development, and overall satisfaction.
- Champion employee well-being and satisfaction, ensuring a supportive and uplifting work environment that promotes happiness and productivity.
- Navigate the complexities of HR operations, including immigration processes, with finesse and efficiency, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience.
- A passionate HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications or additional qualifications are highly regarded.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in dynamic human resources management roles, with a specialization in driving impactful compensation and benefits programs, performance management, and HR operations.
- A tech-savvy mindset with a strong command of HRIS and other relevant software, leveraging technology to optimize HR processes and elevate the employee experience.
- A deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the context of compensation, benefits, and immigration, with a track record of successful compliance and risk management.
- Exceptional communication skills and a knack for fostering strong relationships, with a genuine passion for nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Compensation:
At Aisera, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
Role:
For this role, our current base pay ranges is:
BASE SALARY: $90,000-$130,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, and equity.
