  • Design and oversee a calendar of events aligned with our employee engagement strategy that drives inclusivity, hybrid participation, and creates purposeful moments of togetherness.
  • Own and project manage the annual compensation and benefits processes
  • Develop comprehensive employee policies to foster a positive work environment
  • Provide coaching and counsel to our business teams on employee relations activities such as accommodations, leaves, performance management, terminations, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Enjoys a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and is comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, start-up environment; willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
  • Maintains the highest standard of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity; demonstrated judgment and ability to deal with sensitive matters effectively
  • Knowledgeable of employment-related laws and regulations and eager to learn and keep up to date on current legislation and HR industry trends.
