This role plays a central part in shaping and managing workforce capacity, hiring operations, and resource planning across a distributed global organization. You will ensure that staffing levels align with business demand while maintaining visibility into current and future talent needs across onshore and offshore teams. The position combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on execution, including recruitment coordination, vendor management, and process optimization. You will work closely with senior leadership to support hiring decisions, improve operational efficiency, and reduce workforce risks. A key part of the role involves collaborating with offshore staffing partners to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes and smooth onboarding experiences. This is a highly operational, data-driven role suited for someone who thrives in structured execution and continuous improvement environments.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee workforce capacity planning by tracking hiring pipelines, resource availability, and future staffing needs across global teams.
- Execute and improve end-to-end hiring and resourcing plans in collaboration with leadership, operations, and delivery teams.
- Manage recruitment workflows, including resume screening, candidate tracking, and coordination with internal and external hiring partners.
- Maintain and enhance workforce reporting tools, dashboards, and capacity tracking systems to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Identify workforce risks such as skill gaps, overcapacity, or hiring delays, and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Act as the operational lead for offshore staffing partners, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities, quality standards, and timelines.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, and workforce management workflows.
- Support offshore onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration, readiness, and early employee success.
- 5–8+ years of experience in People Operations, Recruiting Operations, Workforce Planning, or Resource Management roles.
- Experience working with offshore hiring models, particularly within India-based staffing or global delivery environments.
- Background working with staffing agencies, recruiting firms, or vendor-managed workforce models is highly preferred.
- Strong operational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows effectively.
- Experience using ATS platforms, HR systems, or workforce planning and capacity management tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with imperfect data and create structured processes.
- Demonstrated experience improving workflows, optimizing processes, and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed global teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and objectivity in vendor and hiring decisions.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 USD.
