As a member of the People Operations team, you will have the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the Neuralink employee experience and will be the ‘go-to person’ for one of the most talented teams in the world.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking to add another member to our People Operations team who has outstanding problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills. We are looking for strong decision-makers who are comfortable in managing gray areas, working cross-collaboratively, willing to help others, and managing relationships.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of company guidelines/processes, new standard operating procedures, and educational training opportunities.
  • Collaborate on audits, benefits enrollment process and upkeep, immigration, payroll, DE&I and other departmental functions as needed.
  • Facilitate employee relations processes
  • Effectively and professionally escalate issues, prompt corrective action, manage employee cases, and participate in investigations where necessary.
  • Maintain a pulse on employee morale and company culture, and recommend strategies for cultural cohesion and employee satisfaction.
  • Facilitate/assist with year-round employee performance review processes.
  • Own bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
  • Assist with employee onboardings and new hire orientations.
  • Help maintain the company’s HRIS database and prepare reports; Update records of new staff and any relevant employment changes.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Human Resources/People Operations trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Assist in recruitment by taking part in interview panels and employee offers as needed.

Key qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working in Human Resources/People Operations.
  • Great knowledge of HR functions, administration skills, and best practices.
  • Familiar with employment/labor law and employment equity regulations.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong conflict management and problem solving skills.
  • Comfortable with decision making in ambiguous and unorthodox situations.
  • Effective organizational and project management skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Training in Human Resources/People Operations
  • UKG (HRIS), Lattice, and/or GSuite experience
  • Management experience
Pay Transparency: The following details are for Texas individuals only:

$79,000$138,000 USD
For full-time employees, your compensation package will include two major components: salary and equity. Guidance on salary for this role will be determined according to the level you enter the organization (with the ability to gain more through time as you contribute). 
 
Full-Time Employees are eligible for equity and benefits listed below in addition.
