What You'll Do:

As a member of the People team, the People Operations Partner will operationalize HR programs with the goal of delivering a frictionless, exceptional employee experience with each and every interaction.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a growth-oriented mindset and enjoys evolving people as much as improving processes. You are very confident in your problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and love getting to put them to use. While this person will work closely with the entire People team, the role reports to the Chief People Officer.

  • Operationalize new HR programs, regulations, and systems
  • Assess and improve HR practices and processes 
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure key data and identify areas to improve or leverage 
  • Drive HRIS/Payroll system selection and implementation process, collaborating with People team, Finance and InfoSec.
  • Manage processes (e.g. onboarding and offboarding of employees, promotions and transfers, leaves, open enrollment, etc)
  • Lead benefit and compensation projects and administration
  • Collaborate cross functionally for onboarding and development projects
  • Support Talent Acquisition as needed
  • Support engagement, culture and recognition activities (e.g. birthday shoutouts on Slack, engagement surveys, new hire check ins, Guiding Principles, etc) as needed
  • Be a reliable “go to” person to employees and leaders for information, support, and advice
What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business discipline with 2+ years of relevant work experience, or 5+ years of experience in a similar role without a degree
  • Work experience in HR at growing startups, with the ability to adapt and build for scale 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/ Excel and Slides
  • Results-focused person that is willing to dive into the details to ensure tools operate as intended
  • Obsession for delivering an amazing employee experience and for making things more efficient, and a drive to always make thing better (continuous improvement) 
  • Creative problem solving skills. You combine knowledge of HR and systems with creativity to deliver easy to use tools
  • You thrive in fast-paced, get-stuff-done environments - and can easily juggle multiple priorities and projects
  • A sense of curiosity- why do we do things this way? Is there a better way? What is the data telling us?  I wonder if there is a correlation between x and y?
