We're looking for a People Operations Partner that is eager to build new programs, is a strong problem solver, makes decisions through the lens of employee experience, and loves digging into all the details.
You'll be responsible for...- Reviewing processes and identify gaps in the People Team systems and operations and takes the lead on the work needed to improvement to our systems, tools, and functionality.
- Leading the design and administration of programs such as distributed work experiences, all company events, onboarding and off-boarding, and reward and recognition programs.
- Manage Total Rewards programs (benefits, perks, compensation.) Work with VP of People on design, adoption, and implementation of programs.
- Design and administer our leaves and accommodations programs and processes.
- Manage the People team tech stack. Proactively assess the functionality of current systems, make recommendations on usage and design, and recommend and implement new tools and systems.
- Report on People Team metrics (turnover, growth, engagement, etc.) and determine the best ways to share metrics, build out dashboards and help analyze trends. Partner with People Business partners, VP of People, and VP for TA/DEIB to identify needs, review trends and provide insights as to the health of the organization.
- Partner with the VP of People on L&D initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to all Textios by answering day to day questions and responding to request.
- Lead all People Team Compliance initiatives, including completing required filings (EEO, 1095, etc.), complete audits, responding to claims, evolving company policies, employee records and file maintenance, and ensuring confluence pages and shared drives are up-to-date.
- Work cross-functionally with members of the People, TA/DEI team, IT, and finance teams to create, improve, and roll our org-wide programs.
- You care about creating positive experiences for others.
- You have a broad HR background including, HR processes and programs (e.g performance management, onboarding, engagement surveys, rewards/recognition programs), benefits administration, compensation basics, HRIS management, and presenting HR metrics and data.
- You have a sound grasp of employment-related laws and regulations across multiple states including CA and WA.
- Your attention to detail is superb.
- You have strong project management skills and can successfully partner with others.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You deal well with ambiguity, can quickly adapt and pivot work when needed.
- You know how to prioritize your work, have excellent time management skills with an ability to deliver features in a predictable fashion.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with database tools (Tableau,SQL) is a plus.
The salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $76,000 - $114,000 (target range $85,000 - $100,000). Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
