About This Role:
Crexi is seeking a People Operations Partner who is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with management in supporting assigned tasks. To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess a high standard of ethics, proficiency in HR technology, knowledge of human resources laws and regulations, and compliance. This role will require you to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and get the job done with passion and innovation.
Responsibilities:

• Performs People Operations functions, such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation administration, and People systems administration.
• Partners with immigration counsel on visa and green card matters.
• Conduct People-related audits and reports.
• Administers our leave of absence programs and serves as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for leave administration (e.g. FMLA, ADA, and Workers Compensation)
• Initial point of contact and administrator of disability and unemployment claims.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining people data, including reviewing and approving employee data changes.
• Administers and tracks all compliance trainings including Harassment Prevention Training.
• Leads all People Operations related compliance projects.
• Effective at Policy Design, Documentation, Communication, and Change Management
• Ensure system processes are well documented, regularly updated and communicated.
• Implement compliance initiatives and templates that can be utilized by people operations.
• Continually review and provide recommendations for improvement of organizational policies, procedures, and practices.
• Partner with Chief People Officer to support administration of compensation projects including maintenance of job architecture, pay transparency compliance, equity program coordinator, and bonus plan accruals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred (or 4 additional years of relevant experience)
• 3-6 years HR/People operations experience
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record. Experience with BambooHR modules a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects through competing priorities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
• Ability to research issues and provide guidance or recommendations.
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data.
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be able to handle information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate Excel required; advanced Excel preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $83,000 to $111,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc ("Crexi") is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
