Take Command is a start-up on a mission to improve the healthcare system, starting with health insurance. Pragmatically speaking, we help employers reimburse employees for individual insurance instead of offering a traditional one-size-fits-all group plan. About the Role 

This role is best suited for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, great people skills, and a drive to propel projects forward. We're looking for someone who brings a high level of enthusiasm, emotional intelligence, and common sense to our People Operations team. We are experiencing rapid growth, so you should be comfortable (and actually thrive) in a deeply dynamic environment with a bias to action. 

You will be a key contributor in our mission to make the day-to-day working experience of our employees simpler, more pleasant, and more productive. Our fun-loving and caring culture is super important to us, and we will rely heavily on you to maintain that culture and support our team. In this role, you will: 

• Assist in general People operations 
• Coordinate and host onboarding classes 
• Organize company-wide employee engagement events/activities 
• Organize company-wide meeting on a weekly basis 
• Assist in the creation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities 
• Ensure day-to-day office management and operations run smoothly, including some administrative duties 

You may be a great fit for this role if you have: 

• A college degree in a related or applicable degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills as well as clear and professional communications skills 
• Effective project and time management abilities 
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, Slack, and LinkedIn 
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately 
• Genuinely care about others
