People Operations Specialist

Occupy a unique position in the market as a People Operations Specialist who will work closely with key stakeholders to provide advice support and guidance to enable the organization to develop a workforce that can deliver the company's strategic goals

Support HR-related processes: BS contract renewal terminations. Offboardings PTOs.

Develop implement and provide counsel on HR policies and procedures.

Provide tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage the People Service Desk (tracking & reports).

Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Bamboo & UKG) according to policy and legal requirements.

Manage the payroll for Uy & Arg employees thru Immedis. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track

KPIs and identify trends.

Review monitor controls and ensure SOX Compliance.

Support the vendor management and the logistics of engagement events and gifts.

Lead People special projects/initiatives.

Support the People Manager with all aspects of Operations as required.
What will help you succeed
-
Proven experience as an HR generalist or other hard HR position in a software company.

Knowledge of HR functions (compensation benefits contracts KPIs budget.).

Proficient in Gsuite.
-
Fluent spoken and written English is absolutely essential.
