Occupy a unique position in the market as a People Operations Specialist who will work closely with key stakeholders to provide advice support and guidance to enable the organization to develop a workforce that can deliver the company's strategic goals

• Support HR-related processes: BS contract renewal terminations. Offboardings PTOs.

• Develop implement and provide counsel on HR policies and procedures.

• Provide tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage the People Service Desk (tracking & reports).

• Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Bamboo & UKG) according to policy and legal requirements.

• Manage the payroll for Uy & Arg employees thru Immedis. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track

• KPIs and identify trends.

• Review monitor controls and ensure SOX Compliance.

• Support the vendor management and the logistics of engagement events and gifts.

• Lead People special projects/initiatives.

• Support the People Manager with all aspects of Operations as required.

What will help you succeed

• Proven experience as an HR generalist or other hard HR position in a software company.

• Knowledge of HR functions (compensation benefits contracts KPIs budget.).

• Proficient in Gsuite.

• Fluent spoken and written English is absolutely essential.
