What You Will Be Doing   
As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. This is a hybrid and high growth role which will be pivotal in managing various matters including recruiting coordination, onboarding, immigration, employee-related inquiries and offboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to grow their skills in a supportive and collaborative team setting. 

Responsibilities  

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation and procedural tasks.  
  • Support organizational changes and updates, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.  
  • Conduct compliance audits and maintain documentation storage systems.  
  • Handle snail mail and other correspondence related to HR functions.  
  • Ensure all HR processes and documentation are up to date and comply with legal and company standards.  
  • Provide general support for employee relations issues, including addressing inquiries and facilitating resolutions while maintaining utmost confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • Assist with general benefit inquiries and liaise with the benefits team and providers as needed. 
  • Manage internal requests for proposals and other administrative tasks. 
  • Provide entry-level assistance for immigration processes, including documentation and communication with legal partners.  
  • Demonstrate the company's core values and culture while upholding the department's high standards 
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of job applications. 
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and background check process. 
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making. 
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the department or organization. 

Requirements   

  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent work experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong systems and process capabilities 
  • Learning and growth mindset  
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information  
     

Location  
US, Campbell California – Hybrid (Onsite 3 Days a Week)


ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $60,000 to $75,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
