People Operations Specialist (Base or Senior)
Job Summary
- Acts as a HR technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s).Â
- Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals.Â
- Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

- People advisory & Industrial Relations
- Employee relations advice and strategy
- Talent development & performance management
- Change management planning & implementation
- Sub-regional or country lead to tailor regional projects and programs for effective local implementation
You will be a great fit if you have
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline Psychology, Statistics and Law major preferred
- Certified labor attorney preferred
Language; must be fluent in Korean and English
Experience
- Base: Four (4) years of work experience in HR or related fields
- Senior: Eight (8) years of work experience in HR or related fields
