People Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Mission 

As our People Operations Specialist, you’ll be working in the People Operations & Analytics team to manage our employees’ journey and support our current workforce. Together with your team you will ensure to provide a holistic approach to business goals using customized people tools and strategies. You will report directly to the Head of People Operations & Analytics.  

More specifically, you will: 

• Treat employees as internal customers and provide high-quality customer care to increase their satisfaction
• Be an ambassador for the Isar Aerospace culture, working with the other members of the Talent team to initiate and manage projects that increase engagement, motivation, development, and retention
• Reliable processing of administrative tasks for onboarding and offboarding
• Taking over operational tasks in the personnel area, including the preparation of contracts, contract amendments, employment references, certificates, etc.
• Support in the preparation of payroll accounting
• Active participation in HR projects and in the optimization of HR processes

Who you are and what you have 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, psychology or related degree or equivalent 
• At least 5 years of Generalist experience within Talent/Human Resources/People Operations preferably within payroll and an understanding of collective employment law  
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage tasks and time
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle confidential information
• Driven and target-oriented with analytical problem solving skills
• Highly organized and proactive with high attention to detail
• Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills, high in empathy 
• Fluent in English and German
