People Ops Administrator

The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a People Ops Admin to join our People Ops team on a maternity leave contract. This role is a perfect fit for someone keen to build a career in People Ops in a tech environment. You’ll cut your teeth in one of Ireland’s fastest growing tech start-ups, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills at pace, while also truly making an impact on a high growth business journey. You’ll do that in close collaboration with the People Ops team and the wider Brightflag team as they grow. This is a smart, driven group of people, working in a supportive, friendly environment. What You Will Be Doing

• Owning the planning and organising process for all hiring.
• Supporting the onboarding process.
• Owning admin for employee data and documentation.
• Providing logistical and management support for all team events (e.g our annual employee summit).
• Supporting key aspects of the employee experience, including recognition, swag, workplace etc.
• Providing support to projects across the People Ops disciplines - from talent attraction, to hiring, employee experience, reward, learning, performance management, talent management etc.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role, you need:

• Proactive, can-do attitude, and high level of energy to build a career in People Ops.
• A high level of detail orientation, planning and organisational skills to successfully stay in control of multiple workstreams and tasks.
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills to work across leadership, employee and candidate groups.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Slides etc) or similar.
• An academic background in People Ops, Occupational Psychology, HR etc. would be great, but is not a hard requirement. A strong motivation to build a career in this space is equally valuable.
• Prior experience in a People Ops role would also be a plus, but not critical. General administrative experience in a corporate environment would also be welcome.

Location & Eligibility

This role offers a flexible work location across Ireland for most of the week. This role is required to work from our Dublin office at least once a week with flexibility as required to be based in the office. After that, you choose what works best for your lifestyle, whether that be in the office (as public health guidelines allow), remote from anywhere in Ireland, or a mix of office/remote work in Ireland,.
