What you're applying for
We're looking for a detail-oriented People Ops Analyst to make sure our People systems are operating smoothly and, most importantly, are easy for employees to use.
Reporting into the Director of People Operations, you will be the employee advocate who ensures our tools offer a near-perfect, always accurate experience. You'll collaborate closely with the Benefits, Finance, and Workday teams to make sure all People systems' needs are prioritized and executed, with the overall goal of making employee interactions with the People team more helpful, efficient, and user-friendly.
The anticipated pay for this position will be $24 - 34 per hour. Base pay is one component of Lemonade's total compensation package, which will also include equity in the form of RSUs, access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, robust PTO, parental leave, and more.
In This Role You'll
- Oversee and assist with all People systems, including Workday, Assist tickets and People inbox
- Help employees with additional day-to-day needs, including understanding the policies in our handbook, and handling/triaging any specific requests
- Administer the ongoing success and improvement of Workday modules that impact employee experience
- Partner with the Financial Systems team to continuously optimize Workday by implementing solutions that drive adoption and ease-of-use
- Monitor and configure current business processes and create new ones as needed
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, either on a team supporting employees or a Customer team supporting customers
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills, and on-brand for Lemonade (TLDR, friendly, quick, and to the point)
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Detail-oriented and able to get to the root of a problem quickly
- Action-oriented, with excellent follow-through skills; skilled at working independently and in teams in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Ability to work in an office environment
