People Partner

Overview: As a People Partner at Wallbox, you will perform various HR duties to support the organization's People objectives and contribute to the company's overall success. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

• Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication, investigation, and resolution strategies.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training arrangements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and recruitment strategies.

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update HR systems accordingly.
• As needed, assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.

Compliance and Policy Development:

• Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
• Support compliance audits and investigations as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office suite, and other HR-related software.
