Job Title: People Project Manager (HR, Logistics, Supply Chain, New Distribution Centre) - 18 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Remote (commutable to Darlington several days per week ideal)

Salary: £52,880.32 - £66,100.40

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR/People Project Manager to play a key role in the successful establishment, completion, delivery, and implementation of our new Distribution Centre (DC) in Darlington. Additionally, you will provide critical project support to our new DC in Dublin. This will be an 18 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliverables Assessment: Regularly assess and review deliverables against the Darlington and Dublin people plans and project charters.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research on relevant project aspects, including legislation, market trends, and local demographics.
- Community Engagement: Establish and foster relationships with the local Darlington community and businesses.
- Resourcing Strategy: Develop and implement an effective resourcing strategy to meet both immediate and future needs of the Darlington DC.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the delivery of best-in-class recruitment, training, and onboarding practices, including coaching and engaging managers.
- Change Management: Contribute to an effective change management plan for both
