People Services Specialist I

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR related inquires via Service Now System.

• Provide superior customer service when responding to employee questions regarding payroll, company policies, benefits and general HR inquires across the company.

• Facilitate regional administrative support for HR activities (e.g., Personnel files, Off boarding, Probation, etc.)

• Process various forms related to documenting Human Resources activities.

• Perform employment verifications.

• Participate in and on People Services projects, as needed.

• Accountable to global performance/satisfaction measures, expectations and standards (qualitative/quantitative).

Qualification:

• Bachelor/master's degree

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer facing Human Resources experience preferred.

• Good English skills (written and spoken).

Experience:

• Flexibility and the ability to multitask is critical.

• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.

• Ability to interact with many different individuals and prioritize numerous responsibilities.

• Strong computer skills essential, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with Service Now System and Workday, a plus.
