What you're applying for
We're looking for a detail-oriented People Systems Analyst to make sure our HRIS (Workday) is operating smoothly and is easy for employees to use.
Reporting into the Global Benefits Manager, this person will be the employee advocate to ensure Workday is accurate and approachable. The People Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with the Finance team to make sure all People Systems needs are prioritized and executed, with the overall goal of making Workday continuously more helpful and user-friendly.
In This Role You'll

• Manage the planning, execution, launch, and maintenance of the Workday Benefits module
• Project manage new feature implementations within Workday
• Administer the ongoing success and improvement of Workday modules that impact employee experience, including benefits, compensation, and leaves of absence
• Partner with the Financial Systems team to continuously optimize Workday by implementing solutions that drive adoption and ease-of-use
• Regularly evaluate the current state of system and integrations and proactively identify opportunities for process/customer service improvement with stakeholder feedback and buy-in, including analyzing the impact of Workday's bi-annual updates
• Gather business requirements, determine viable system solutions, and build investment with stakeholders to implement changes
• Configure changes in Workday aligned with business requirements and perform comprehensive unit testing
• Monitor and configure current business processes and create new ones as needed

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of Workday experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience with its Benefits module
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Adept at designing under deadlines, iterating rapidly based on feedback, and building credibility and collaborative relationships
• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
• Action-oriented, with excellent follow-through skills; works well independently and in teams in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
• A creative problem solver who is adept at making data-driven decisions
• Ability to work in an office environment
