Job Summary
You will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for existing and future HR Reporting, Analytics, and Technology portfolio. You'll Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and analytics using Workday, Tableau, and other systems, and apply this data to make business recommendations and offer solutions. You will leverage Tableau dashboards for workforce planning analytical projects. You will manage portions of high-impact projects such as new system implementations, HR-related technology configuration and enhancements, and long-term strategy, build, and roll-out of HR reporting and analytics suite.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Create strategies with internal clients of HR data determining analytics needs, strategize on best approach to meet those needs, recommend strategies, and implement solutions
  • Leverage data analytics to inform the design of programs, decision making, and measurement of department success against goals and objectives in collaboration with People Operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with EIS, Finance, and other business partners on projects of varying complexity
  • Lead projects of varying complexity in support of People Operations
  • Serve as subject matter expert to internal stakeholders and users of the Workday system and People Analytics dashboards
  • Develop recommendations on how to improve current systems, reports, and analytics
  • Identify processes, programs or capabilities that could benefit from automation, process enhancements or re-engineering
  • Ensure stability of the Workday platform through a deep technical understanding of the complexities and interconnectedness of the Workday modules
  • Explore, evaluate, and makes recommendations regarding new features and functionality within Workday
  • Provide technical support in compiling, redefining, and visualization of data; deliver timely and accurate analytics of Company workforce data
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards providing actionable insights using tools such as Workday and/or Tableau

What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Qualifications - Staff II:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a Business, Analytics, or HR-related field
  • Typically, two or more years of relevant experience in an analytics related role

Minimum Qualifications - Staff III
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a Business, Analytics, or HR-related field
  • Typically, five or more years of relevant experience in an analytics related role

Grade-Based Pay Range
(Min - Mid - Max)
$70,000 - $90,000 - $110,000
