The People Systems Group Leader will report to the PSSG department manager and lead the learning and capability teams through a successful ramp with continuous improvement and flawless delivery of multiple people system programs to support NM DMO. They will also own the overall headcount analysis for the two factories. This includes month-end close with Finance, POR (Plan of Record) headcount role up each quarter working with department managers for non-tool driven needs and the industrial engineering group for tool driven needs.
Other duties involve assessing staffing levels on a weekly basis. They must ensure enough staff is available to perform all required tasks. It will be important to work closely with the hiring team to ensure targets are communicated and achieved. They will also play a direct role in ensuring that company policies are followed.
The People System group leader will also own the Tuition Assistance Program and drive closure to the Bonus Payout Program each quarter.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage a team of people system program owners that hire, track headcount, and training plans for ramp and sustaining readiness. Lead their team across multiple tech nodes in strong partnership with manufacturing and engineering.
- Partner with manufacturing training coordinators to ensure training capability across the 168-hour manufacturing team.
- Own driving their team and personal development, including performance management of direct reports. Create an environment that cultivates and reinforces best-in-class group values, norms, and behaviors.
- Responsible for ensuring that their team can deliver people systems that tie in with our vision and mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional/cross-company teams including vendors and the talent group, driving improvements to hit hiring and training milestones to attract, grow and unleash the best talent in the world.

Full time onsite required during training, estimated 6 months. After training: hybrid "work from home" to be defined by manager and employee but continued onsite will be required.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience with Excel and or equivalent database type
- 4+ years of first-line manager experience or equivalent.
- This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience at Intel
- Familiar with finance models
- 3+ years experience working in workforce analysis
- 5+ years of experience influencing multiple business groups.
- Advanced knowledge MS365 Office, SharePoint, and TEAMs
- Expert in headcount modeling
- MBA degree

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
