ABOUT THE ROLEÂ Â
Our People Systems team is seeking a people manager and hands-on practitioner to manage the strategy, design, and development of global People Technology, processes, policies and practices that drive improved workforce performance. In this role, you will ensure that processes and systems are scalable, sustainable, and have an impact on the long and short-term performance of the entire organization. You will drive continuous improvement within the People Team function drawing on external and internal standard methodologies and leading-edge HR thinking on initiatives. You’ll partner with both People Team and cross-functional partners, to ensure a consistent and seamless end-to-end user experience, while continually improving and streamlining processing and auditing. Â
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONÂ
- Develop HR systems and end-user experience strategy.Â
- Lead a team of Analysts with a focus on data, process and system configurationÂ
- Optimizing People Tech systems (Core HRIS (Position Management, Foundation Objects), Talent Mgt, etc Payroll & Benefit Integration points, Time & Attendance, etc..) to meet workforce requirements, crafting opportunities for automation, reduction of manual processes, and simple processes that help drive accuracy and completeness. Â
- Performing regular business process reviews, reviewing improvement lists, making ongoing suggestions and building plans to put into action.Â
- Leading a high performing team and culture of accountability that ensures delivery of timely, quality services and meets Service Level Agreements. Â
- Assessing quality and timeliness of work and providing constructive and timely feedback.Â
- Managing 3rd party Application Management Service teamÂ
- Leading the projects and teams: obtaining key partner agreement, developing requirements, building/testing, preparing plan for change management, go live, and conducting post-mortem feedback improvements.Â
- Balancing vendor relationships as an extension of the team. Â
- Partner on RFI and RFP efforts. Â
- Lead system upgrade or migration to new vendor or module.Â
- Leading compliance efforts through SOX, Corporate Audits, internal/external audits, and Privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
- Implement system changes as neededÂ
YOU BRING TO PELOTONÂ
- 8+ years within HRIS/Talent Tech space with at least 3 years of leading a teamÂ
- Success Factors experience is requiredÂ
- Experience leading cross functional projectsÂ
- Working knowledge of global data privacy lawsÂ
- Critical thinking, judgement and evaluation as it relates to data and storytellingÂ
- Ability to make connections across technology, process, service, and COE’sÂ
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, and follow-up skillsÂ
- Strong understanding of SAAS/Cloud, database relationships, end-to-end technology offeringsÂ
- Ability to handle cross-functional projects and initiativesÂ
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and evaluate and utilize resources as neededÂ
- Ability to challenge convention Â
- Ability to relate to, influence and collaborate with employees at all levels in the organizationÂ
- Work with Analytics team to develop and prepare regular operational reports/metrics, analytics and insights
Base Salary: $187,300.00Â to $243,300.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
