People & Talent Coordinator

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, supporting a seamless journey for both candidates and employees from start to finish. The People & Talent Coordinator will bring efficiency and innovation to our daily operations, ensuring we maintain top-tier talent practices. Collaborating closely with our VP of Talent Acquisition, you will help to refine our strategies and processes, making sure we continue to attract and engage the brightest talents in AI and Robotics.

This role is located at our San Francisco Bay Area, California office onsite. We are seeking candidates who are currently within driving distance of our Santa Clara office. Please note that while we are excited to welcome talent relocating on their own accord, this role does not offer relocation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role is primarily responsible for fostering a top-tier candidate experience, spanning from the scheduling of interviews to the completion of onboarding.
- Work with our executive admin team to streamline introductions between candidates and our leadership team.
- Take full ownership of the scheduling process from end to end, catering to both ongoing and opportunistic hiring needs.
- Act as a welcoming host for both virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with the team in addressing recruiting operations issues, leveraging data and tools to devise effective solutions.
- Implement our recruiting tech stack to refine our processes, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize tools like Greenhouse, TriNet, Google Suite, and others, ensuring a timely and positive experience during the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Lead clear, direct, and professional interactions with candidates and hiring partners, both in writing and orally, while possessing exemplary follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed fully and efficiently.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and employees, including tasks such as scheduling the first day, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating logistics, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and generate analytical reports to inform strategic HR and recruiting decisions.
- Coordinate all aspects of recruiting events, from managing the calendar for university recruiting to overseeing registration and logistical details.
- Assist with the summer internship program, ensuring a productive and engaging experience for interns.
- Address and provide solutions for both internal and external queries or requests, ensuring assistance is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition support roles, ideally within technical fields.
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with onsite and remote teams and adept at self-management and initiative.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Santa Clara, California.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience executing in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of employment branding strategies and candidate experience best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in Santa Clara, CA. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
