People Team Trainee

Position Summary

The purpose is to offer support for performance & reward duties regarding all employee administration activities carried out by the Samsung Electronics Romania People Team. This program requires strong interpersonal skills, an ability to understand the organization, and a passion for helping others to succeed.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to the Samsung People Team (Human Resources Department) in relations with employees; 
• Drafts internal documents and reports necessary for the activities of the HR department; 
• Enters data and records employee contracts with national and international partners and authorities.
• Participating with ideas and assisting in onboarding program and perform new employees orientation;
• Keeping up to date training system;
• Monitoring learning activities, assessing progress and providing feedback;
• Support employee satisfaction surveys along the process.

Skills and Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Currently undergoing studies or recent graduate of economics, statistics or similar
• Experience working with MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as a minimum;
• High level of proficiency in English
• Adaptability, ability to work in a multinational environment
