Job Summary
As a part of a collaborative and customer centric People Technology team, this role assesses business needs and delivers HR Systems solutions. This may take the form of new application implementations or service rollouts, configuration or security changes to existing solutions, or business process workflow design. The People Technology Analyst provides support in the areas of system implementation, technical support, and maintenance, and may be responsible for deliverables with reporting, while always striving to enhance the user experience for the full People Operations tech stack.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as system administrator for Workday and other People applications to manage break/fix tasks, troubleshoot functionality issues, identify best practices, assess functionality, and recommend process improvements as applicable
  • Manage People system access and maintain accurate employee data
  • Respond to and act on inquiries and requests within Workday Help from across the organization regarding People data and systems processes
  • Perform regular data entry and imports to support people and payroll processes
  • Create, maintain and support scheduled and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and queries
  • Work with stakeholders in functional areas throughout the organization to develop and configure new processes in Workday and other People systems
  • Maintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality within Paper's People information systems landscape, and participate in Workday and other People system releases
  • Support existing and new integrations for all People systems
  • Participate in implementation and enhancement projects as Workday subject matter expert and owner of People system processes and data
  • Test new and updated applications and features
  • Audit People processes and data regularly to maintain accuracy and data integrity
  • Create and maintain documentation for data management and systems processes, including job aids, SOPs, etc.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Deliver end-user training to ensure proper understanding and utilization of People Systems across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 3+ years of direct work experience as administrator of HR information systems, including 1+ years of Workday system administration and configuration experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot table, vLookup, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
