Role Snapshot

As a People Technology Systems Analyst, you will maintain performance, improvements, data integrity, and security of the organization's Human Resources (HR) technology and lead people data reporting. You will collaborate with the people data analytics team to help build out new capabilities and provide expert-level knowledge of our systems and data to the enterprise.

  • System Management: Provide support for People Technology applications (e.g., UKG Pro) to maintain system security, data integrity, and system optimization. Perform data corrections, data imports, and ,. Collaborate with senior analysts and leadership on expanding system capabilities through in-depth knowledge of our applications. Work with senior team members to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with IT strategy. Perform system and interface testing with sample and live data.
  • Reporting: Fulfill ongoing requests for creation of new reports, updates to existing reports, and creation/adjustments to scheduled reports. Maintain and adjust audit reporting to stay on top of changes in regulations. Build flat file interfaces, as needed. Leverage a basic understanding of database architecture and SQL to build complex reports. Provide data validation through industry standard best practices.
  • Business Analysis: Create business requirements and technical requirements documentation. Assist with researching, planning, coordinating, and implementing of solutions both independently and with assistance from senior team members, external vendors or consultants. Maintain system and process documentation ensuring they represent the current state. Continuously look for process improvements in operations to assist in developing new automations. Work with senior leadership to understand their reporting needs and deliver accurately.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of progressively responsible people data reporting, data management, and people system administration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting technical requirements and translating into actionable project plans.
  • Skilled with Excel, SQL, Cognos, or other reporting and data technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience translating information to a non-technical audience.

$60,000 ~ $80,000

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range.Work Location
