Your team
Your Team is responsible for the first “hello” – for our offices in St. Gallen, London, and in New York – after the offer has been accepted, until the final “goodbye”. Your mission
You’ll play a pivotal role in our employee experience by ensuring a seamless onboarding for new hires, being the go-to person for facilities management, and ensuring we maintain a comfortable and welcoming office environment. You will coordinate and execute special events that boost our workplace culture.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside our HR manager to design and elevate existing policies, drive administrative efficiency, and spearhead dynamic ad-hoc projects.
Your story
- You’re able to work from our New York City office.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- You enjoy staying up to date with local, state, and federal regulations.
- You are proactive in your approach and have a keen eye for detail.
- You know how to organize yourself and can remain calm even if it’s stormy.
- You love working precisely and being solution oriented.
- You speak English fluently.
