Join us as a PeopleSoft Systems Programmer Analyst

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Working with the business users in design sessions, ensure the PeopleSoft functional requirements are documented.
• Develop clear, concise documentation, which require workflow analysis and dataflow diagramming, etc.
• Assist in development of project plans and project workflows as requested by the PM
• Be able to clarify design elements and issues clearly for both business and technical audiences.
• Provide meaningful feedback in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines
• Maintain issue logs; coordinate and support communications surrounding both systems and user acceptance for PeopleSoft.
• Assist in user training and in cross-training of backups.
• Participate in the development of test strategies, test plans, and test cases. Participate in test execution and document results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• 6 to 8 years application development experience
• Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft Development , and any other specified or required programming languages
• Proficient verbal and written communications
• Client focused
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• May have to be on call nights and weekends
• Working knowledge of UNIX and Windows Scripting

Nice to Have:

• Prior Financial Accounting / General Ledger business experience
• JAVA and / or .NET experience
• Technical Requirements.
• AppDesigner Tools and AppEngine Pro

BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $130,000, which is specific to Jersey City, NJ and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
