This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Technical Developer in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade PeopleSoft solutions across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain domains, contributing to the automation and optimization of critical business processes. The PeopleSoft Technical Developer will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient applications, leveraging PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and integration frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust solutions, drive innovation through automation and integrations, and participate in CI/CD and Agile processes. This is a remote, high-impact position where your work directly supports enterprise operations and offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and career growth opportunities.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and BI Publisher.
  • Implement and manage integrations using Component Interface, Integration Broker, REST/SOAP Web Services, and other PeopleSoft integration tools.
  • Perform database development and optimization using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.
  • Manage PeopleSoft security, roles, upgrades, and patching activities to ensure system stability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for version control and deployment automation.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance PeopleSoft solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, and knowledge sharing to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical experience, including FSCM/HCM modules.
  • Expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, SQR, and BI Publisher skills.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, roles, upgrade/patch management, and Unix/Linux OS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality delivery.
