The Performance Analyst – Incentives is accountable for the successful and running of the incentives models and framework across Direct, Lifebroker and Retail, and ensuring appropriate governance is displayed to ensure adherence to agreed policies, and variance or
risk is addressed and escalated, or appropriate approval is obtained. The Performance Analyst will work in collaboration with sales leaders and operational support teams across Direct, Lifebroker and Retail to ensure timely and accurate payment of incentives for each group. The Performance Analyst will be responsible to work with the relevant groups to set targets based on budgetary goals and will provide guidance variations and exceptions to targets ensuring adherence to the relevant incentives policy. The Performance Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring the governance, maintenance and administration of the Direct Sales, Lifebroker and Retail incentives models. The Performance Analyst will provide insight into incentive results to ensure mitigation and remedial plans can be created to minimise revenue loss, through regular reporting on trending across all groups.
In this role you will:Â
- Incentives administration/governance/target setting/running of the models.
- Partner with internal department stakeholders to maximise lead sources and campaigns.
- Ensure activities are aligned to TAL’s customer-centric strategy and principles.
- Payroll and incentives processing and governance.
- Incentive performance analysis for performance with standardised monthly reporting.

- Reporting & Analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities is essential

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Accountability
- Understanding of financials and business performance affecting revenue bottom-line
- Ability to operate autonomously with self-motivation
- Computer literacy: MS Office, SQL
- Performance evaluation and improvement
- Experience in product, sales or marketing management
- Proven experience in target planning, performance management, budgeting and profit responsibility
- Experience in call centre operations
- Experience in Financial Services or other Service based organisation is desirable.
