PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible in closely monitoring real time call volumes & staffing to be able to identify whether the actual data corresponds with the data in the forecasted call volumes and staffing.
Responsible for extracting and delivering accurate reports from different tools of the Operations. This will primarily be done through the use of Excel, Access, Sheets and Forms and will require a thorough understanding (in place or gained) of the various tasks performed in the call centre and the way the technology tracks each task.
