In this role you will be joining as the US technical lead of a team that is responsible for:

• Defining and developing performance & QoS system-level models for cutting edge Ethernet network controllers
• Using these models, in consulting with architecture and design teams, for pathfinding analysis at early stages of a project and for microarchitecture validation during design stages, solving critical issues in areas that other disciplines are unable to cover
• Leading a system-level modelling team, where you will technically lead as well as actively take part in the development of software models of critical sections of our networking devices, in advanced programming languages and tools. You will find yourself encompassing all stages of a leading modeling development life cycle such as: requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding and test writing of performance analysis models.
• Working and interacting closely with architecture, design and verification teams.
• Guiding team members through the definition and implementation stages, code reviewing, results analysis reviews and feedback.
• Leading performance improvement for the architecture and design through interactive analysis with the architecture and design team, as well as guiding the next steps performance validation teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or in a similar field of study and 9+ years of experience
• Experience in SoC and IP performance analysis
• Experience in C/C++ programming
• Experience in SystemC programing
• Experience in performance modelling
• Experience in python programing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or in a similar field of study
• Experience with network routing and packet processing algorithms
• Experience in Logic Design performance verification
• Experience in Statistics analysis
