Your Role and Responsibilities
We're looking for a Performance Architect to join the IBM webMethods Performance team. Responsibilities will include:
- Develop a complete understanding of webmethod products and technology
- Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Design, develop and execute test plans to identify performance bottlenecks
- Define telemetry to understand the performance of the system
- Collect and analyze data to improve system performance
- Assist complex performance debug activities
- Excellent problem solving and fixing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated
- Must be a strong individual contributor
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong working knowledge with Windows, and Linux operating systems
- Solid understanding and experience on enterprise architecture
- Strong working knowledge on performance tools like LoadRunner
- Experience in system performance modeling
- Experience with Application performance monitoring tools
- Strong working knowledge with Kubernetes
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- AWS / Azure certification is a plus
