About the role:
We’re looking for a Performance Copywriter with demonstrated experience in paid ads for D2C brands to join Loop’s in-house Studio. You’ll collaborate with other Studio creatives and performance marketing specialists to develop and deliver creative, conversion-focused copy.
Working at speed, you’ll be pivotal in developing experimental paid ad campaigns that drive substantial revenue growth and distinguish us in the crowded auditory wellness market – all while upholding brand guidelines.
As Loop continues to scale, we seek a creative talent with the experience and appetite to optimize creative strategy and best practices around paid ads within our Studio. Experience with AI-driven copywriting is a major plus.
What you’ll do:
- Write clear, on-brand copy for paid ads across platforms like Meta, TikTok and Google, focusing on direct response
- Translate campaign concepts and briefs into assets that convert
- Masterfully apply sales and marketing psychology (e.g. AIDA, Cialdini) to a range of creatives across platforms, all aimed at conversion
- Work closely with Loop’s performance specialists and other Studio creatives to deliver assets for campaigns, experiments and evergreen projects
- Review copy to ensure Loop’s tone of voice and values are consistently accounted for
- Participate in optimizing the team’s creative approach to ads
- Pitch tests and experiments aimed at activating untapped user profiles and markets
- Implement user insights and market research to drive performance
What you should already have:
- 2+ years experience of writing paid ad copy, ideally for D2C lifestyle brands
- A strong portfolio of relevant work
- An analytical, results-based approach to creative work
- Good knowledge about trends and best practices in paid ad copy, and ideas about how to improve them
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI-driven copywriting is a bonus
- A desire to collaborate with creatives and non-creatives alike
