Performance Digital Business Development Manager

Drive the definition of the strategies to protect expand further 93K WW market leading position on our core Performance Digital (PD) market segment, supporting market analysis, test requirement trends, elaborate competitive profitable customer solutions. You'll closely work on cutting edge technology in close collaboration with our WW PD Business Leader, Regional Business Development teams, Expert PD Engineers (COEs), key US Customer Sales Teams, Product Marketing as well as R D department, in a cross-functional environment. This is an ideal position for an Experienced Semiconductor Industry Leader or Senior Digital Application Engineer with strong marketing skills.
Responsibilities include:
- US responsibility for Performance Digital (PD) Business development strategies for targeted US customers, including emerging "hyper-scalar" companies.
- Responsible to develop implement the PD strategies to protect expand our Market Share in the PD segments, in collaboration with WW PD Business Leader, Regional Business Development Leaders (US, EU Asia) and Customer Sales teams, and in alignment with WW PD goals and objectives
- Analyze PD market looking for disconnects and future trends, drive Product Marketing for future market needs and align with R D to develop required PD solution / roadmap
- Be active part of WW PD Business Team collaborating with Expert PD Engineers (COEs), PMK and R D
- Support PD Key US Account Teams to develop superior value proposition in alignment with Regional Business Development Leaders
- Entrepreneurial role model to develop US PD business
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent
- Excellent English language Communication skills
- Demonstrated strong personal Leadership in driving large global organizations, Excellent Team Player
- Experienced Semiconductor Industry Leader in Digital area, in alternative a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in electronic measurements/design and ATE testing on Digital (AP, CPU, GPU, AI, High-Speed/HSIO SerDes...) market segments
- Expected Deep technical understanding of Performance Digital market and applications
- Willing to challenge the status quo, think "out of the Box"
- Willing to travel regularly within US, and to EU and Asia on an "as needed" basis
Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):
- Previous Business development experience and direct contact with customers are considered a plus
- 93K test development experience
