Test Lead:

• Should be an individual contributor, lead and own responsibility and able to handle project E2E.
• Should be good in LoadRunner, App Dynamics, Splunk, JMeter, monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Should be good in Web HTTP/ HTML and Web service script.
• Should possess product level knowledge - cloud/Kafka/data lake/Microservices.
• Should have good communication skill.
• Good to have oracle analysis knowledge.

Primary Skills:

LoadRunner, Core Java , App Dynamics , JMeter , Perfmon

Secondary Skills:

Tidal Batch, PEGA

Roles & Responsibilities: • Work with technical stake holders for gathering NFR and convert them into Workload Model • Write performance test strategies based on the NFRs and defining the test approach

• Create performance test scripts and executing performance tests using Loadrunner, Jmeter
• Analyze the performance issues using tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Cloudwatch, etc and provide performance hotspots.
• Manage risks & issues and adopt appropriate mitigation techniques to track them to closure
• Own defect management process for the program, ensuring defects are remediated and risks communicated
• Collect testing metrics, reports status to program
• Align with Configuration Management and Release Management
• Consult with Test Architect to ensure test data provisioning, test environment and test automation aligns with the proposed test strategy
• Escalate to Test Architect when needed throughout the testing lifecycle
