A Brief Overview
The Performance Improvement Analyst independently collects data and conducts analysis to support performance improvement projects. Working with Performance Improvement Managers and Performance Improvement Directors on assignments, develops and refines analytic approach to meet project objectives and presents analytic findings. This position also secures data, and executes the analysis.

What you will do
- Assists with developing presentations and documents that articulates a compelling story line through the effective use of data
- Collaborates with management, client groups, and others engaged in improvement initiates to develop methods to monitor and report process improvement.
- Collects data from various sources and analyzes data for trends and variances
- Defines data requirements for client groups/projects and gathers and validates information, applying judgment and statistical tests. Analyze alternatives and determine best outcomes.
- Identifies data and analytic challenges including data integrity, consistency, and sampling.
- Identify new knowledge and opportunities for improvement utilizing national guidelines, measures, and best practices.
- Prepares management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions.
- Serves as a resource for Performance Improvement Managers and Directors in the interpretation and uses of data to identify risks and opportunities for program/process improvements.
- Writes reports, conducts complex data analysis, creates and interprets data displays that support performance improvement projects.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or
university
Experience Qualifications
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience

- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization, demonstrating a willingness to listen and respond appropriately
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects, and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform standard business math, financial data and make simple projections
- Ability to solve problems and identify solutions
- Knowledge of project management process and systems

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $46.36 - $60.27 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
