What You'll Do
β’ Coordinate and manage the rollout of the annual Employee Engagement Survey
β’ Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership to ensure survey accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights
β’ Analyze employee engagement data and prepare detailed reports and presentations to guide strategic decisions
β’ Partner with departments to develop effective, data-driven action plans in response to employee feedback
β’ Provide expert communication and consultation around engagement, recognition, and retention strategies
β’ Support the Executive Director of Human Resources in key projects and initiatives, including recruitment and training
β’ Deliver clear, organization-wide messaging around HR survey outcomes and upcoming programsWhat Weβre Looking For
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
β’ 3+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, training & development, or organizational culture
β’ Strong skills in data analysis and visualization; able to create graphics that tell a story
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
