What you will do
As a Performance Management Program Manager on our Talent Management Team, you will:
- Transform and scale our global performance management processes by increasing employee engagement and driving a high-performance culture
- Manage global performance management activities and implementation of related strategies for the firm
- Sustain an understanding of the competitive landscape and best practices across talent management
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert, partnering with HR team on trends and best practice enhancements
- Work with department leaders to develop, manage, and execute project plans that align with the strategic goals of the organization, with a focus on process improvement and change management
- Oversee the execution, data management, and vendor support for all performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews
- Use data to assess trends in performance management to identify and connect themes
- Present themes to HR leadership to support determination of service delivery prioritization in training, interventions, or process/policy changes
- Be a strategic partner to the Talent Management team

What’s Required
- At least 7-10 years of related professional experience
- Experience in Talent Management
- SHRM or PMP Certification a plus
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $225,000-$275,000 which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
