Job Description

As a Performance Manager at Barkley, you will be responsible for driving business growth and exceeding revenue goals for the agency's highest priority clients through the development and execution of performance marketing strategies. You will partner with strategy, creative, and media leads to inspire breakthrough ideas and provide analytics support across various brands. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deeply understand the client's business and work in partnership with Barkley department leads to grow the client's business and exceed revenue goals. 
  • Develop measurement briefs, analytics, and support communication and media activation work streams for the agency's highest priority clients. 
  • Shape measurement and media activation development across all channels to build brands and deliver on immediate business needs. 
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Media teams on testing strategies. 
  • Develop optimization recommendations based on analytical performance cross channel
  • Collaborate with MediaTech to ensure that testing initiatives are properly reflected in technical activations. 
  • Build and maintain measurement frameworks for key clients and translate media briefs into performance strategy initiatives. 
  • Interpret client briefs and translate them into key initiatives/projects. 
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure high-quality and cost-effective execution of campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results and exceed company growth goals. 
  • Support project management of all key Performance processes, including learning agenda documentation, complex testing and activation Gantt charts, analytics roadmaps, and technical project timelines. 
  • Build and maintain technical collateral, including technology POVs, advanced analytics decks, and capabilities documentation for new business. 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, buying, analytics, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven ability to craft strong narratives, POVs, and technical briefs. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to digest large amounts of data to make informed decisions and optimization recommendations. 
  • Experienced in bringing ideas to life across multiple channels and working with teams to measure and understand impact. 
  • Proficiency in Office Program Suites (Microsoft Office, Google Office, etc.).
