About the Role 🤔

We're seeking a Performance Marketer (Paid Search) to join Quad Lock and play a key role in expanding our Performance Marketing team. This role will be responsible for paid search globally for the Quad Lock brand (Google/Amazon) including Google Shopping, Google Merchant Centre and Youtube Campaign management, and managing international Amazon advertising campaigns.

Working in a fast-paced marketing team you'll be able to develop and apply your skills on global ad campaigns with real-time feedback.

The performance team is at the forefront of digital marketing, and we're one of the leaders in APAC when it comes to collaborating and testing new advertising products and features. In the past year alone we’ve worked on global world-first solutions with many of the big social ad platforms. 

What You'll Do 🤝

• Launching, managing and optimising campaigns for Google, YouTube and Amazon Ads
• Performing daily optimisation tasks for paid Google campaigns, including creating new campaigns, keyword research and expansion, bid optimisations, budget management, audience segment optimisation, and ad copy optimisation
• Regularly conducting and keeping records of conversion optimisation tests (A/B, split testing, etc) to continually improve performance
• Analysing attribution models across multiple channels using data and analytics (sales, performance, Google Analytics etc) to share opportunities for growth
• Managing and optimising multiple Shopping and Data Feeds
• Reviewing creative and briefing the creative team on what is performing
• Find the highest impact drivers for both on-platform and off-platform, in terms of creative, targeting or algorithmic optimisations and implement the necessary changes
• Establish a feedback loop with our in-house content team to drive constant creative improvements
• Working with the marketing team on product launch campaigns and broader marketing initiatives
• Working with the social team on influencer and branded content opportunities

What You'll Bring 🎯

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) & time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to plan and schedule your work
• Experienced and certified in building and optimising AdWords campaigns
• Experienced in Google Analytics
• Ability to write ad copy that gets attention and drives action 
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly to change and work in a dynamic environment 
• Data driven, analytical thinker and strong problem solver
• Experience in Google Ads or advertising for Direct to Consumer or E-commerce brands
• Proven experience with Amazon advertising (is a plus)
