Performance Marketer (Remote Positions Available)

As the Performance Marketing Manager at Fictiv, you’ll be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our SEM program initially, charting a course to significantly scale new customer growth by improving CAC efficiency within existing channels and unlocking new, adjacent channels. You will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns and be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to drive growth. You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing on the Growth Marketing Team. You are both left-brained and right-brained, offering creative solutions to challenges discovered through quantitative and qualitative data.

You will report to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager.

• Leading the execution of Fictiv’s SEM program and driving the strategy to cost-effectively scale customer acquisition.
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs for SEM, display, paid social, or any other media channels. 
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed overall business objectives.
• Relentlessly analyzing and optimizing campaign performance based on data-driven insights and outcomes from experimentation, and managing campaigns accordingly to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC.
• Building a roadmap and strategy using quantitative analysis through work with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Attribution.
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Working with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and manage your initiatives end-to-end.

• 3-4 years experience in a Performance Marketing role with 2+ years dedicated to Paid Search. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• The ability to manage SEM marketing campaigns, as well as social media and display advertising campaigns.
• 3-4 years with 2+ in SEM specifically.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
• You have solid expertise in channel analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics experience.
• In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Search, Adroll, LinkedIn Ads, and have a willingness to learn any other applicable ad management platforms.
• You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
• You are open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
• Ability to travel 0-10% annually in the U.S. for team meetings, offsites, etc.
