Performance Marketing Coordinator

ABOUT THIS POSITION
This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of campaigns and initiatives, maintaining the integrity of our strategies, and identifying areas for optimization. Our ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven professional with exceptional project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and focused on our team's goals. This person will regularly lead projects spanning multiple Marketing teams, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. The right candidate is proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability and foresight to reduce project risk by developing project plans and key milestones, applying rigor to timelines, and brainstorming creative solutions when obstacles arise.

We seek a highly organized, dynamic team player to drive growth by coordinating cutting-edge growth-marketing strategies. The person should be able to work independently and be a great team player with a good eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own campaign coordination responsibilities supporting prospecting, lead generation, lead nurturing, retention, and client cross-sell campaigns.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing leadership to align on project priorities, milestone management, and objectives to carry out effective and efficient execution of campaigns
- Support lead generation initiatives by coordinating trade publication deliverables and managing the organization of inbound lead lists
- Maintain the team's internal marketing resource repository, keeping Marketing calendars up to date, reporting on recently executed initiatives and collecting updates from other Marketing teams
- Contribute to the organization's event presence by building and implementing event marketing communications and researching and developing speaking proposals
- Facilitate and maintain effective communication with Marketing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle (timelines, task details)
- Submit project intake forms, monitor project progress, update task details and deadlines, route work for internal approval, schedule strategic kickoff meetings and proactively identify potential obstacles as the project plan moves forward
- Analyze performance and provide input on campaign optimization as projects go live and performance data becomes available
- Identify opportunities to evolve current processes, improve efficiency, and enhance performance and impact continually
- Maintain a deep understanding of our marketing calendar, understanding the necessary stages of various timelines, including briefing, strategy development, tactical plans, execution, and reporting
- Remain at the forefront of healthcare marketing trends by conducting market analysis and competitive benchmarking as it pertains to their campaign activities, and translating learnings into actionable insights to shape marketing plans
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing project management experience, including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication abilities; written and verbal
- Ability to take the initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the Marketing funnel + customer journey
- Experience working with cross-functional teams from concept to project conclusion
