Role Summary:
We are looking to hire a new Marketing Leader to help shape the future of our growth marketing and brand recognition strategies for Customer Success & Services Offerings (CSS). This is a leadership role requiring a blend of skills in marketing operations, adoption and expansion, and analytics. Through your discovery and planning activities we expect you to help define how our customers recognize and buy into CSS opportunities and scale it globally. Critical to your success will be close coordination and partnership with various worldwide market segments, regional teams, as well as with other business groups leveraging marketing campaigns that intend to drive customer success initiatives. The long-term targeted goals are to support the enterprise-wide growth strategies by delivering more value with greater velocity in CSS.

Core Responsibilities:
- In partnership with global marketing teams develop results-oriented marketing strategy for how our CSS teams intersect with our customer's journey to increase engagement and upselling opportunities worldwide.
- Lead, develop and execute all strategies related to creating the CSS digital omnichannel approach (web, email, social platforms, virtual events, etc.).
- Establish key metrics and develop/maintain marketing scorecard to recommend or amend marketing strategies and programs.
- Build a strategic plan in line with Global Marketing initiatives landing support from executives, sharing progress, and tracking performance.
- In line with the Genesys Brand Standards, create content and write copy to support all CSS marketing initiatives.
- Develop sales enablement collateral and work with commercial leaders on enabling the service sales teams.
Skills and Experience:
- 8 - 10 years' experience in marketing leadership role focused on driving adoption and expansion of B2B partnerships; SaaS background is a plus.
- Proven examples of work driving omnichannel marketing strategies with online/digital tactics.
- Strong acumen for writing (technical, copywriting) and visual storytelling, with an understanding and interest for how to bring strategic concepts to life through content and communication.
- Project management skills with proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in implementing end-to-end marketing activities involving multiple products, groups, audiences, and deliverables.
- Experience leveraging and interpreting data analytics from platforms such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Engagio, or related sales and marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with concepts such as account-based marketing and customer lifecycle marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$115,050.00 - $238,950.00
