About you

Telnyx is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to scale the performance of our paid media channels with a primary focus on customer acquisition and user activation. Those that are self-motivated, willing to experiment, and thrive working with a team in a fast-paced environment are best suited for this role.

The opportunity

You will work within our Growth team to support various demand generation initiatives, and will be an integral part of our next phase of growth. You are responsible for setting up, maintaining and continuously optimizing Social, Display (retargeting), and Search advertising campaigns. You have a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization, and of B2B funnel metrics. In this role you will: 

  • Own, plan and execute (hands-on) paid media and advertising campaigns across various channels to drive lead acquisition and activation: search, social, programmatic display advertising, intent data platforms.
  • Continuously optimize spend and performance: strive to beat our month-over-month growth targets while maintaining our CPA goals.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using generic BI tools such as Domo. 
  • Optimize all things digital marketing: collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales to validate your ad and landing page messaging, and work with the Design and Web teams to create new landing pages and ad sets.
  • Analyze existing customers and trends in deals won to continuously improve our targeting.
  • Stay on top of paid media and advertising trends and creative growth strategies.
  • Test everything, learn and iterate.
Who we’re looking for
  • 3+ years of hands-on set-up, management, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns towards performance-based KPIs within Linkedin, Facebook and Google.
  • Solid understanding and experience of working toward marketing and sales funnel goals (MQL, SAL, SQL etc.).
  • A test & learn mindset, and experience in optimizing digital campaigns (ad campaigns, landing pages, and user funnels, through A/B testing, and multivariate experiments).
  • Experience with Account-based marketing tactics and/or with Intent-data platforms such as 6sense.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a globally distributed team.
  • Collaborative, analytical, and experience working in a fast-paced (async) environment.
Bonus points for
  • Experience with tools like Contentful, Fullstory, etc. is a plus. 
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
