Wantable is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team!

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in driving customer acquisition and managing aggressive paid search and social campaigns across a variety of paid digital media (including but not exclusive to Google, Bing, Meta Properties, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and display networks). You are a direct response marketer at your core and an expert at iterative marketing practices.

You'll have expertise in ad account optimization and leveraging data-driven learnings to execute cross-channel campaigns with skillful audience targeting, creative testing, and keyword expansion to drive high-value conversions and build awareness

To round out your expertise, you will also have a strong understanding of organic social best practices and experience in growing social profiles to a large, engaged following.

The ideal candidate for this role

  • Is a subject matter expert in paid digital media (specifically Google Adwords) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Has a deep understanding of analytics and a passion for leveraging data insights to drive action.
  • Passionate about getting into the weeds with execution, experimentation, optimization, and testing.
  • Can proactively identify opportunities for iteration and efficiency to accelerate performance across channels and through paid and organic social.
  • Has the ability to impact acquisition and customer engagement KPIs quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the setup and management of performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels including strategizing, daily execution and optimization.
  • Leverage data analytics to make actionable changes, drive channel experimentation and aggressively accelerate performance.
  • Establish organic social media best practices and partner with creative team members to drive organic KPIs.
    • Grow private label brand social channels through similar organic strategies rooted in a continued test and react approach.
  • Be a subject-matter expert on performance marketing optimization. Research and implement emerging trends and competitive analysis to drive growth.
  • Lead white-labeling influencer campaign strategies to merge scaling influencer programs and paid social efforts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for performance media strategies to inform and facilitate acquisition growth, including but not limited to: display media, social community growth, abandon cart + retention strategies, brand launches, capabilities enhancements and improved customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, with a minimum of two years managing paid search programs
  • Expertise in paid search and paid social management with a broad understanding of iterative marketing and direct response ad strategies
  • Expertise in managing campaigns through native ad-techs (Google Adwords, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Experience reporting through native platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting), third-party reporting tools (Tableau, Supermetrics) are a bonus, but not required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Extremely detail-oriented with laser focus project management skills
  • Resilient, ambitious, overachiever, flexible, humble, kind, and shows initiative
  • Team player with strong communication & organization skills and a can-do attitude
  • Can work independently and is a strong problem solver
