Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote work opportunity with a global team, offering a unique chance to support our international brands.
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our growth goals by leading the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid search and paid social marketing campaigns, video ads, and software review sites. Working closely with our in-house team of specialists, you will report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and have ample support and opportunities for learning and growth.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â

Develop and execute paid search and paid social marketing strategies in a B2B contextÂ

Manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Microsoft AdsÂ

Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit and TikTokÂ
-
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad assetsÂ
-
Create compelling ad copy that generates high-quality leadsÂ
-
Manage software review sites like Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice and G2Â
-
Help troubleshoot any conversion-tracking issuesÂ

Drive a test, learn, and optimize approach to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiencyÂ

Help enhance and define our audience targeting approach and utilize 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data to improve resultsÂ
Qualifications
-
Proven experience (5+ years) in managing paid search campaignsÂ
-
Proven experience (3+ years) in managing paid social campaignsÂ
-
Effectively managed and optimized ad budgets of 6-7 figures annuallyÂ
-
Understand B2B Software sales and marketing metrics
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business problems, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendationsÂ

Extensive experience in developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns across paid platforms.Â

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-impact ad copy and effectively communicate campaign performanceÂ

Collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team player to achieve goalsÂ

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityÂ

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas for ad campaignsÂ
- The average base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $78,000
- May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
**The start date for this role will be 01/2024**
