That’s why we are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to plan, implement, and optimize high-impact Paid Search/SEM, SEO, and ABM programs. The Performance Marketing Manager will report into the Director of Demand Generation and work closely alongside our content, product marketing, and design teams on initiatives to dramatically increase brand awareness, as well as grow marketing attributable pipeline. This is an opportunity to work and develop in a fast-moving marketing team within an international company that is undergoing rapid growth.
What you will be doing
- Plan and implement Paid Search/SEM, Paid Social and ABM campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and grow marketing attributable pipeline
- Monitor, analyze, and tune campaigns to maximize conversions and lead quality with an intimate knowledge of KPIs such as CPL, CPA, LTV, and CAC
- Leverage A/B and multivariate testing to improve lead capture on relevant landing pages and the Brightflag website
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to improve organic rankings for target keywords across blog posts and website pages
- Report weekly on key channel metrics, including a forecast as to monthly/quarterly KPI attainment
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience planning and implementing digital campaigns across Paid Search/SEM, Display, and Paid Social
- Experience with ABM focused programs and tooling such as 6Sense, Demandbase, and/or Metadata is strongly preferred, but not required
- Track record of scaling campaigns via optimizations to ad copy, bidding strategy, audience segmentation, and landing page testing
- Held responsibility for attaining a lead generation and/or related funnel metric such as pipeline with a demonstrable track-record of quarter-over-quarter improvement
- Managed a performance marketing budget and made strategic, data-driven decisions on channel investments based on business objectives and industry insights
- Working knowledge of SEO with proficiency in using tools such as SEMRush, Moz and Ahrefs to identify relevant keywords, competitive gaps, and website improvements
- Strong analytic experience, capable of synthesizing data and inputs into meaningful and actionable insights that move the needle
